If you attend one class a week, you will still see results but it might take longer.

What are the equipments we will use?We will use Portable pilates bar, Pilates Circle and Pilates ball as given below.

Is the Pilates class available online?At present, Pilates classes are conducted only offline.

What do you need to bring?A mat preferably a Pilates mat. It is thick and is a minimum of 13mm. (Link1, Link2, Link3, Link4). If you do not have this, for the trial class you can use a yoga mat.

Can you join a batch in the middle?You can but you need to go through a discovery session where you understand the basic Pilates principles. Discovery sessions will happen once or twice a month.
